Andy Warnock began his career in multifamily debt and equity originations at Red Capital Group (Columbus, Ohio) in 2006. During his time at Red Capital Group and successor firms, Warnock served as Senior Managing Director directly providing over $4 billion in taxable and tax-exempt first mortgage debt, mezzanine level capital and equity to multifamily, senior housing, health care and other real estate properties across the country.
In addition to his work in the commercial real estate finance arena, Warnock has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio since 2005. He founded both Duling-Warnock Residential and Westwood Collective, entities that manage and control his real estate portfolio that includes hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial real estate and 2,400+ apartment units spanning five states.
Warnock served as Chairman of the Hilliard Ray Patch YMCA Board of Directors, past President and current Member of the Ohio Beta Chapter of Phi Delta Theta House Advisory Board, Vice-Chair of the Woltemade Center for Economics Board of Directors at Ohio Wesleyan University, and Founder and Chairman of Dot’s Tots Foundation. He and his wife, Ashley, live in Hilliard, Ohio with their children, Cason, Palmer, Aniston and Berkley.
